DAS-140
Definition
The Public Works Contract Award Information form from California's Division of Apprenticeship Standards. A contractor on a public works job sends it to the apprenticeship committee it is approved to train with or, if it is not approved to train, to every applicable committee for its craft in the area of the job. It goes out within 10 days of signing the contract and before the crew starts, and it is not sent to the Division itself. JamFile fills one for every committee on a project.
