Apprenticeship Committee
Definition
The body that runs a state-approved apprenticeship program for a craft in an area, often a joint apprenticeship training committee (JATC). On public works it receives the contractor's DAS-140 and dispatches apprentices when it gets a DAS-142. JamFile keeps each committee on the project once and fills both forms for it.
